The environment is comfortable, warm, and beautiful. The masseuses are friendly and professional. The prices are reasonable. Highly recommended! 👍

My massage with Amy was excellent. She used just the right pressure that was comfortable for me. My 60 minute massage was exactly 60 minutes. I was very pleased with her service...however, I was disappointed that when I arrived there was a sign on the door that said "closed for remodeling". The door was ajar so I entered in. Amy appeared out of a room and seemed surprised to see me. Apparently, my online reservation was not sent properly to her so she wasn't aware that I had an appointment. She was apologetic and asked me to wait 40 minutes as she was currently involved with another person. Since the facility was in the process of being remodeled, there was no waiting room or sitting area for me. I had to wait in my car for 40 minutes! Once we started my massage treatment, Amy had to leave three times to attend to someone entering at the front door..."ding" went the doorbell which obviously took away from the peaceful atmosphere of the treatment. So, the atmosphere was poor, but the actual massage was excellent. Next time I am visiting Palm Desert, I will reach out to this business and inquire if the facility's remodeling has been completed. I would like to give the business a second chance for a better overall service/massage.
